House in Pollença. The project started out with the intention of being a simple redesign before the new owners moved into the house. Quickly, it became a full renovation with a complete new vision for the bathrooms, kitchen and master bedroom.

Located in the beautiful green plains of Pollença, the house has a lot of natural sunlight and it is surrounded by a vast private garden overviewing the impressive Serra de Tramuntana.

Our intention was to create a space that would feel welcoming from the moment you step into the house. The use of natural materials like oak and micro cement helped us bring warmth and character into the space.

The existing stone tiles were treated with a special abrasive technique “abujardado” to give them a softer, more rustic look. As for the carpentry, we opted for lighter colors that increased the spaciousness and harmony of the space.

To make the space feel more relaxed and intimate, we used oak and rattan for all the custom made furniture in the house.
